Open Question: Nauseous every night?
Every night for about 2 months I am nauseous starting at like 10pm. It does not happen after meals and it can be when I am up, sitting or lying down. Since this started I have been eating earlier and eating less. I do not really eat greasy or fatty foods late. I am not anxious or stressed. So I do not think it is acid reflux or anxiety issues. So any ideas because I...

Open Question: why am I always so exhausted and lazy?
I know this question has probably been asked a lot, but my activity is slightly different. I am 25 years old. I work 3 hours a day, 5 times a week, sometimes less. I also work at home. I have been very lazy the past 4 or so months. I will sleep at a friends, about 9 hours, come home xompletely exhausted and sleep sometimes another 1-3 hours. I will go to work for a few hours, then come home & attempt to nap. I dont always nap though. If I'm not napping or getting more sleep when I get home, I am laying down. My body seems to be sore a lot and it makes me not want to move. I feel dizzy sometimes when I walk around a lot or carry things while I'm walking, or when I stand up for a long period of time. I always want to rest & cant get any work done at home. Ive gained about 5 pounds (not overweight) and cant seem to get the energy to workout. I really feel like I cant do anything. I'm always late to work. I'm not depressed. I do deal with a jerk brother at home who screams a lot, but thats about it. I really have so many things I want to do and get done but cant do anything. I dont drink much water or take my vitamins much, or even eat fruit, workout, anything. Everyone says to do those things & they may seem simple to you but they arent to me! not 1 bit. I dont have the energy to get up and poor water even. Id really like some advice, & I dont have to money or insurance to consult a doctor, but pill, etc. advice is appreciated even though that costs money, I am able to afford that over a doctors visit.
