Open Question: How do you get rid of premature wrinkles?
I look young for my age. Everybody thinks I'm 12 to 14 years old and I'm actually 20 years old and I barely wear make-up (I only wear mascara and lip gloss). Lately, however, I've been noticing some premature wrinkles under my eyes. I don't know if it's from not receiving enough Vitamin D (I'm barely in the sun), or I need more than six hours of sleep, or I need to change my eating habits, or something. So, does anybody know how to get rid of and/or prevent premature wrinkles besides using anti-aging cream? Thank you.
Also, besides plastic surgery. That's something I would never do. Thanks.

Open Question: What do you think about my mares feed and should I change it?
Right now, my filly is 3 1/2 years old and she's around 16 hands (A little under but very close). She's a tank-like build and continues to grow and stop and therefore gain weight and lose it in a matter of days. Oh, and she's a Tennessee Walking Horse (A big old-style one).
So basically, she is getting the best quality hay I can find, it's orchard grass hay, she gets about a half a bale a day in the winter and is turned out during the day with 7 other horses (Mixed herd, mares and geldings). She gets 4 cups of Omolene 100 twice a day, which is around 3.5 pounds which is the suggested amount on the bag.
She was getting horse guard (Vitamin supplement), rice bran, and oats before I switched her onto the Omolene but I'm worried the Omolene is too sweet for her. I would also like to try feeding her flax seed to get a better coat. Do you think I should switch her feed? Also, she will be doing alot of trails this summer as a 4 year old as well as some small jumps (Under 2 feet). She is turned out 24/7 in the summer on 30 acres.
What do you think?

I know some eyelash dyeing products have chemicals in it like the ones in hair dye, but are there some that I can get done at a professional that maybe can't damage your eyes or cause blindness? Is there a product that someone at a salon can do that is made with vitamins or something so if you get it in your eye, you won't go blind? Please help, and if I get them dyed how much would it be? Open Question: Stretch mark help please?
I'm 13 years old and I've had stretch marks for about a year now. I thought I weighed too much (I'm a very self conscious person) and lost about 16 lbs. After the 1st 7 lbs, I got stretch marks... and now I'm even MORE self conscious!!!! I have palmer's coco butter formula lotion and mederma, but so far the reviews don't say they work much if at all. I talked to my dermatologist and she said she wanted me to wait until I was fully grown to do anything to them and for the time being to get like vitamin E in a tube or something like that. I just wanted to know, what will work for the time being to make them less noticable because I've been covering myself up in the summer for about 2 years now.

Open Question: HELP ME - Looking for any ideas on what this could be.?
I quit drinking about 1.5yrs ago, quit smoking cigs about 4 months ago, and I also have worked out to the point where I am no longer considered diabetic to the health profession. I am about 5'10" 230lbs. My resting heart rate is between 50-62 and perfect blood pressure.
With that said I started at about 280lbs with a Trig level of 2300. I no longer take any cholesterol medication since everything is in line. I have had many blood tests done and my sodium levels are always low, but my Dr. said I drink enough water for that to happen and he wasnt concerned.
My problem now is that am always coughing, with many times until I puke. The puke is never food just white/clear/pink/brown mucus. I have terrible headaches, joint pain, dizziness, confusion, numbness in my hands(both), and diarreha/constipation. My blood sugars are always below 100, and I drink about 5-6 32oz jugs of Gatorade2 or water a day.
I workout at a very high level. 8.1-10.4METS always 200+watts, controlled HR at 120, and normally for 30-45minutes. That is my cardio then I normally lift at decent level for 30 or so mintues.
I eat like a pig and still lose weight. Also, my gym trips are becoming more infrequent, but the weight lose is still there.
I take 2mg of Ativan a day, smoke medical grade marijuana, 100mg of Trazadone, a vitamin, and prilosec for heartburn. I am being looked at for many different things right now that I dont want to reveal so that I can get some honest feedback.
Please help. As I get feedback I will let you know what they have tested me for.
