Open Question: Always tired and vitamins only make me more tired, why?
I just turned 28 but have always had problems with being tired. Lately it seems to have only gotten worse. I have tried vitamins, energy drinks, and even energy pills and nothing helps. In the past they all worked but now they just seem to make me more tired. I have tried B12 and Centrum Cardio and they only make me feel worse. Energy drinks do NOTHING, I drank a 16 0z Red Bull and still fell asleep. I already take an antidepressant so that cancels that out. I just don't know what to do anymore.

my dog has some yellow stuff coming outta of his eyes and i thought it might be an respitory infection so i thought if it doesn't clear up in a day with some vit. c a call to the vet will be next.

Open Question: Interesting HIV question....serious answers please?
i am currently a medical student (MA) and in class we talk alot about STD's, HIV, and AIDS....it is a fact that Vitamin C helps our immune systems get stronger and fight off gnarly infections...while on the other side....HIV destroys the immune system,,,,slowly....but eventually....my question is the following....will the daily consumption of Vitamin C slow down the HIV virus and eventually destroy it....or will the HIV virus find a way around it?....and im talking about the early stages of HIV not someone whos had it for 5 plus yrs now....because withing that time....the virus would already have multiplied drastically....i will await your answers...thank you....

Open Question: i am 13 years old, 5 feet and 6.8 inches, and i weight 143 lbs. help?
okay, about half a year ago, i lost about 20 pounds. i use to be like, 163..
i feel so much better since i lost the weight, i feel happier and healthier!
my goal is 120.. is this to low? or just right for me?
i have been on a 1200 calorie diet, to bad i cheat on it almost everyday.. anyways, would it be safe for me to go on a 1000 calorie diet? now that school is starting, it's easier for me to stick to it. in summer, im a mess :p
i found out my bmr is 1528.5 & online it says you have to subtract 500 to lose 2 pounds in a week.. so it would be 1000ish..
i am planning on exercising every second day, so on the days i do exercise my calorie intake well probably be 1200.. does that sound okay?
my plan is i well have a 200 calorie breakfast, in school i usually have a apple for recess and a fruit cup thing for lunch, so together its about 200. then my afternoon snack would be 100.. then i have 500 left for supper and dessert. on days that i have a big supper i skip dessert.
does it sound okay? all i drink is water, and i take vitamins everyday.
any tips?

Open Question: I am not sure if I am healthy or not?! HELP PLEASE!!?
I am an 18 year old female. I am 5'6 and weigh 122 pounds. My current BMI is about 19.7. I am an extremely picky eater. I do not eat steak, pork, turkey, ham, seafood, anything tomato based, pizza, etc. The only meat I eat is boneless chicken. I am not a fan of chocolate and certain junk foods. I do not drink milk either. This is not because I think any of it is unhealthy, it is simply because I do not like any of that stuff. I try to eat very healthy though, such as limiting myself to little or no calories or grams of fat. I do not eat a lot, I tend to eat a normal size dinner but just pick at foods throughout the day. Plain noodles are a big part of my diet. I eat many fruits and vegetables, and I take daily vitamins. I am still unhappy with my weight however. I am a member of the gym and work out on a regular basis. I just need some help and advice please!

Open Question: Serious breastfeeding help PLEASE?
My daughter is 9 weeks old.....I have been breastfeeding since she was born, but lately when i pump, im only getting drops.....not even half an ounce. I hear different things from everywhere, like pumping helps ur supply due to supply and demand....ive also heard that it makes ur supply low. But when she nurses, I dont think shes getting anything.......except drops. I dont know what im doing wrong, but im not ready to give it up...i wanted to do it for 6-12 months....shes only 2 months old. I really want my supply to be how it was when my milk first came in.....I am willing to do anything to make it like that again..whether its eating some gross odd vitamin, or food, or drinking certain teas....I dont care.....I DONT WANT TO QUIT NURSING HER .......in the meantime, she is getting fussy wheni nurse as if shes not getting wenough, so I am supplementing with formula......I want to eventually be nursing enough to not have to supplement at all......SUGGSTIONS, IDEAS, PHONE NUMBER OF SOMEONE WHO CAN HELP...I JUST WANT SOME HELP PLEASE :(

Resolved Question: Im pregnant and have a few questions?
Ok, so I am about 4 weeks pregnant!
I am very excited.
There are a few things id like to know, first off has anyone tried the gender predection test? if so was it correct.
I know i cant try till im about 6 weeks i just want to know if its worth it or is it just a fun thing to do.
I keep having minor pains in my woman area and on my right side toward the hip bone.
Is that normal?
I went to the doctor a week ago and they said everything seems fine, I just freak out over any discomfort i am having.
What are the main things that lead to a miscarriage? i really dont want that to happen to me. are there ways to prevent it or does it just happen?
I am craving things like salads and cheese burgers. I have had a salad everyday for a while.
Is it to early for food cravings?
What are somethings i should eat and then somethings i should avoid.
my husband said no raw fish, understandable... but.. what about cooked seafood?

I used to sleep all the time.
naps, sleep in late and go to bed early.
Now, i cant nap if i wanted to, i go to bed around 10 or 11 and im up around 9. i thought u slept alot when pregnant.
o and.. im peeing ALOT .. is that normal?
