Open Question: Some help with my hair ...?
My hair is relaxed, and it's to my shoulders. The ends seem to be my biggest problem. They are not frizzy at first, but after a while they begin to frizz. The top part is sleek and smooth, and the ends puff out.
I try to take good care of my hair by moisturizing and conditioning it once/twice a week. How can I help my ends? (Stupid question: can you take vitamins to help with hair ends?)
Please help as I'm trying to grow my hair! thanks.

Open Question: What Should I Stock A Panic Room / Nuclear Safe Room With?
The panic room has back up water source and generator.
Items already stocked -
Potassium Iodate tablets.

Emergency water supplies.
£10,000 cash

Now my question is - could I add anything to this list? Things that would be needed over the survival of say - 3 months if needed?
I haven't included food on the list, so I would also like to ask - what type of foods should I stock?
Any information will be very grateful thank you!

Open Question: How to get baby to drink milk?
My 10 month old is a great eater. He eats anything I give him, therefore, he eats out of the 4 food groups every day. At our last appointment, our doctor told us less formula, more food. No problem! He had been refusing his bottles anyway.
I've been trying to give him homo milk. But he refuses to drink it. I am concerned he is not getting enough calcium and vitamin D. I feed him yogurt and cheese every day, and I am trying to feed him iron rich foods.
Has anyone else had any problems getting their baby/toddler to drink milk? If so, how did they get over it?
My son already dirnks water/juice from a sippy cup on his own. (I don't have to hold it.) As soon as he sees "white stuff" in it, he throws it on the ground. lol

Open Question: Morning Sickness! I'm so, SO sick again. What remedies work for you?
I feel horrible - all day, every day. I throw up numerous times (at least 5 times a day) and am nauseated ALL day. I am at the point where I have nothing left in me that I dry heave a lot. I admit, this is much better than when I was pregnant with my son (I threw up at least 12 times a day with him). But, it's SO hard taking care of my 17 month old while I'm this sick. What works for YOU? Any advice? I'm willing to try anything.
I have been eating dry, bland foods (toast, etc.), take a Zantac each morning (acid reducer), sip 7-Up/Sprite and milk throughout the day, I suck on peppermint/cinnamon hard candies. I struggle to keep my prenatal vitamin down (lost it all this morning). Any more you can think of?! I'll try anything!

Open Question: My pug puppy was diagnosed with a mild form of anemia.?
The vet gave me pet tabs and said that since she is only 7 months old that she should be fine if she continues taking the vitamins, is that true? And, are there any other steps that I can take to reverse it?

Open Question: Dull pain in left leg behind knees?
I am 5.7 ft ..33 years male(average body) and I have been slight dull pain in left leg behind knees.I went to doctor and once and she gave some(Blood thinner) medicine. She did not see anything substantial and ruled out PAD.I don't smoke and hardly drink. Now it has been 7 weeks and still have that dull pain. When I sleep I don't have that pain.It slightly aggravates when I sit in car or walk or sit on chair. It is mild in morning and slightly grows by night. It feels good when I sleep. There is no swelling or bruise either.I can easily walk easily though but this pain keeps annoying me.It actually started when I tried to over do some running exercise.I don't know even that was the reason for this dull ache.I have my gallbladder removed 10 years back .I have slight elevated liver enzyme and less vitamin D in my body.

Open Question: How long does it take for vitamin supplements to begin to "work"?
I was recently diagnosed with a folic acid deficiency and because of this, I am often very fatigued/tired. If I begin taking supplements, how long would you estimate it to be before these symptoms begin diminishing? Thanks!
