Open Question: Cant smoke weed without my throat getting BADLY blocked with phlegm? Please Help!?

I have smoked weed for about ten years and really appreciate this amazing herb. BUT for a few weeks now I have not been able to smoke any weed without my throat getting very blocked up with phlegm so hard it wont come out until the next morning.. (if I softly squeeze my wind pipe together and cough hard,scary dark brown sh** comes out) its got to the point that I cant take ONE puff without instantly being completely blocked up and unable to taste anything or even breathe properly due to discomfort. If I cant smoke weed I will replace it with more spirits than a haunted house which Id rather not do. I dont do any drugs and hardly drink as weed has always been sufficient. I have always had bad sinus problems (maybe sinusitus) and do have to blow my nose like a trumpet daily just to breathe, but this new problem is occuring in my throat (only when I smoke) and am sure is a seperate problem? I hope someone can help me as I dont want to stop smoking weed!! Thank you

Open Question: what type of lightbulb for an indoor garden?

i love to cook and i want to grow herbs and maybe like cherry tomatoes and chili peppers indoors. i just need to know do i use a metal halide bulb or a high pressure sodium bulb? i'd mainly be growing like basil, parsley, dill, that kind of thing. i already have the ballast and it can run either bulb. any other advice about indoor gardening like this would be good too. thanks.

Open Question: Home made organic hand lotions?

I do allot of yard work during the spring and summer months and my hands get very callused. I'm not big on using chemicals on my skin. I have a HUGE herb garden so i was wondering if there was anything in there that i can use... i know almonds and oats work... but they can get expensive..... any ideas? I would really appreciate it.

Open Question: my left arm was numb when I smoked green herb.?

so my friend gave me a joint to smoke, I've smoked maybe 3 times before... i was pretty high and making lots of involuntary movements with my hands and laughing hysterically. and my entire left arm felt numb... i was controlling it and moving it normally like my right arm, but it felt numb like it almost wasn't there..... of course I wasn't really that high since I was able to control my movements and calm down, acting normally.. but just wondering about the numb feeling, was I about to have a heart attack? I'm not fat at all, very thin and eat healthy food.... haven't had fast or junk food in months, and didn't have any before that, so my heart isn't weak... any ideas? please don't tell me that mary jane isn't good for you and that kind of shit, its not like i get high every damn night, i do it like once every few months, and will probably never do it again because of the numb feeling.... i was a bit worried to be honest. i mean three times before in my entire life, not before the joint. and i smoked the whole joint that night (it was medium, not too fat not too thin)

Open Question: Can I make my own massage oil using carrier oil and other ingredients?

I want to make my own joint and muscle pain massage oil. I would want to include cayenne powder and turmeric in it. I imagine I would just mix my desired ingredients into a carrier oil -- sesame, peanut, olive, etc. -- and store the mixture in a bottle for later use. Would there be problems with this though? Would powders mix well with oil, or should I use actual parts of herbs and allow the oil to soak up their essence? Would there be any problems with storing the mixture?

Open Question: What could be causes of extreme unquenchable thirst other then diabetes?

I have cut all drinks which contain sugar. I have also cut my salt intake drastically. The problem started about 2 months ago. I have seen my doctor and gotten my glucose levels tested, but the doctor says their normal. I also don't take any medicine but I take different herbs. I could drink loads and loads of water but it dosen't matter i'll still be thirsty a minute later. Please Help
