Open Question: too much yeast in my body?

I have been feeling poorly and the doctor says I have too much yeast in my body. My feet have a fungus on them that won't go away because of it, so she gave me oral Lamisil (which is hard on you) BUT it made me feel so much better the last time I took it and it healed my feet, so I wanted it again, but I need to figure out what to do to lower this yeast in my system, and I hate the diet (which is almost impossible to follow). Any great ideas? There must be an herb out there that can keep this at a lower level that my body can tolerate. PLEASE. Any good ideas to share? Thank you for your help......

Normally we boil herbs and drink it just like tea. A lot of Nutrients will be destroyed using this method, is there any other way to extract the juices without passing through heat?
