Open Question: Would a polytunnel be suitable for the Melbourne climate?
I want to build a polytunnel in my backyard for growing herbs, vegetables, etc.
Just wondering if it would be rather pointless as the main reason (as far as I can tell) for use would be to keep out the cold, as in England and the like. It does get cold (by my standards), but I don't know if it's cold enough to warrant a polytunnel. I'm about 30 minutes from the city by train, in the south to south-east area. Not by the water or anything either.
I love the idea of being able to keep away the birds and also some of the more harsh rain and wind.
What do you think?
Also, where would I go about finding supplies to build one? Instructions? Premade ones?

Open Question: Why do people think Marijuana is a drug?
Why do lame assholes try to talk about how bad marijuana is? It is not a drug. It is a herb that grows in the ground. My parents are both doctors, and they smoke pot everyday. I have never gotten below an A in my 19 years of life and I have smoked pot everyday since I was 13-14. Also, I have a vaporizer so, i can use marijuana without suffering ANY (yes any) negative health effects.
Why does corporate society claim marijuana to be a drug. It is not addictive. It is by far less harmful then both alcohol and tobacco.
"Herb is the healing of the nation. Alcohol is the destruction"- bob marley
Smoke weed everyday
I'm smoke pot, any I'm very successful. I know numerous doctors, lawyers and successful businessmen who all smoke marijuana. It is not a drug, and aside from the slight health detriments from smoking in general, it is not bad for you.
A vaporizer burns the plant at such a low temperature that the leaves themselves do not burn. thus it produeces no smoke. No smoke means, no loss of braincells, and no damage to my lungs. It filters out 99% of all toxins. Using a vaporizer is less harmful then walking around central park.
And yes, my mother is a podiatrist and my father is a neurosurgeon.
Is corn a drug? Are Chrysanthemums drugs? No. they are plants that grow naturally in the earth. Just like marijuana. It is less harmful then tobacco and does not nearly create the mental/emotional problems that alcohol does. But yet, it is illegal, and those 2 aren't.
Drugs:

Open Question: What cheeses would go well in this pasta dish?
I'm working on improving a pasta dish of mine. The main ingredients are onions, mushrooms, garlic, olive oil, butter, balsamic vinegar, and herbs like basil and sage. Oh yeah, and pasta! I usually put heavy cream in it and let it thicken to a nice cream sauce but I'd like it to have a little more flavor and be slightly more creamy. Cheese should do the trick... but which kinds would be best?
Also, if anyone knows how to add the cheese so the sauce is nice and smooth and creamy and not clumpy and seperating (from the oil and heavy cream mixing) please share!

Open Question: Can I get my kids into public school next year without any Vaccinations?
My wife and kids and I are an organic toxin-free naturopathic family. We are against anything processed, artificial, and unnatural, and aren't fans of conventional medicine. We only eat high quality all natural foods and herbs, and don’t use any body products or cleaners with chemicals/toxins, and we don’t believe in prescription drugs or vaccines. We are considering putting our 4-year-old twins in public school next year. Can I simply get my kids into public school without any vaccinations by saying it goes against our beliefs?
(My wife and kids are extremely healthy and have never been sick once and never had a need for conventional medicine so please don’t diss my beliefs, I know what I'm doing)
We live in New York by the way.

Open Question: What is Mr. Nice Guy herbal incense composed of?
Marijuana became unavailable to me about 8 months ago and I've literally been having dreams about it. Living in the world with a constantly unaltered conscious is beyond my capability. I've become an alcoholic. Lol. So my point, my buddy suggested Mr. Nice Guy to me and I've read a ton of reviews about it but I'm having trouble finding any actual information about it. I'd like to know if it's an herb that is grown, cut and sold exactly as is, or if it is altered with a synthesized THC analogue such as JWH-018. If it's entirely unaltered I'd like to know what might be in it that causes the high and if it's working with the same cannabinoid receptors as THC. If it's altered I'd like to know what exactly the put in/on it. I extensively research everything I plan to put into my body. lol.
A side note: Do not criticize me for my lifestyle. I don't won't to hear any condescending bullshit about how I should or shouldn't do what I do, think the way I think, or live how I live. If you don't have any information for my question then don't bother posting. I'm not a lost child that needs direction. I've got a pretty good handle on my values, morals, and ethics. So, keep yours to yourself =). Thank you.

Open Question: What kind of flowers can keep bad bugs away in a garden?
I live in North Central Florida and I am planning my spring garden but in the past I have had a bug problem on my tomatoes, green peppers, etc..... Does anyone have a suggestion on what I can plant either being flowers or herbs (because I am adding herbs this year) to help with my bug population. I all so need suggestions on what to plant to attract bees for my zucchini. I would very much appreciate it. So far I am planning on planting tomatoes, green peppers, cucumbers, corn, potatoes, zucchini, greens, cabbage, carrots, green beans and the herbs I am still undecided.
Thank you for your answers Ill them all. But Edwand do I drink the rum so i just don't care or sprinkle it on the plants. :) Either way I like the idea.
